How can I reset my password?

Log in to your account overview. Then, click on change password on the left side of the page.

Can I change my profile account?

Sure! at anytime you can simply log in to your account then click edit profile in the left side of the page.

I got a gift and I didn't like it. Can I replace it?

We do everything we can to adjust an amazing gift especially to you. However if you still unhappy, we will definitely do our best to improve it for next time. Currently you can only replace if the product is damaged or ask for a full refund which will send to the payer only. Your friend who sent you the gift will be notify and receive a full refund to his/her account. If you unhappy with a gift please contact us to Support@buabox.com and we will reply you back up to one business day.

What is the cancelation policy?

Please note you can only cancel an order up to 10 business days before the occasion.

What currency does BuaBox work with?

We currently accept U.S dollar.

I forgot my password. Now what?

It happens! Simply go to log in page. click on forgot password and an email will be sent you to reset a new password.

What does payment method BuaBox accept?

We currently accept PayPal and credit card.

I’ve changed my mind and I’d like to cancel the gift. What is the canceletion policy?

You can cancel your order up to 10 business days before the occasion.

I canceled a gift. How and when do I receive a refund?

Our customer service will review your request within 24 hours and you’ll be refunded within 14 business days to your PayPal account.

Can I edit the gift value?

Sure! But please note it will only be updated from your next billing. i.e. On the next birthday.
